We are a voice for Sangre de Cristo Electric Association members who support a vision of a cleaner, more independent, lower cost energy future in the upper Arkansas River valley. Your donation will help us advocate for change to improve our energy future and the environment.
We advocate for powering the upper Arkansas River valley with more local, renewable energy and battery storage to increase energy independence, improve grid resiliency, boost our local economies, and protect our environment for future generations.
Ark Valley Energy Future was formed in February 2022 as a voice for members of the Sangre de Cristo Electric Association who advocate for cleaner, local, lower cost energy. The volunteer-driven nonprofit organization educates electric cooperative members about energy efficiency, beneficial electrification, renewable energy generation, cooperative board positions and actions that affect members' energy consumption and costs.
